Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Kurite Enterprise Limited. We are committed to delivering our high-performance concrete additives and dosing systems to your job site or warehouse efficiently and reliably.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • Please note: For large-scale Dosing Machines or custom equipment, lead times may vary. We will contact you directly with a specific production and shipping timeline for these items.

2. Shipping Regions

  • Domestic (Canada): We ship Canada-wide. Whether you are in Metro Vancouver, Toronto, or rural areas, we’ve got you covered.

  • International: We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international regions (including Europe and the Middle East).

  • Note: If you are ordering from outside Canada/USA, please contact us for a customized freight quote to ensure the most competitive rates.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: For smaller orders of fibers and pigments (under 30kg), we use reliable couriers like DHL, UPS, or Canada Post.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for orders over $200 within specific provinces.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all fiber and pigment orders over $500 (Excludes machinery and palletized freight).

4. Freight & Pallet Shipping (Bulk Orders & Machinery)

  • Large Volume Orders: Orders exceeding 150KG or containing Dosing Machines will be shipped via LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload) on pallets.

  • Equipment Handling: For machinery, we ensure professional crating to prevent damage during transit.

  • Residential Delivery: Please note that freight deliveries to residential addresses may incur a "Tailgate/Liftgate" fee if a loading dock is not available.

5. Local Pickup (Coquitlam/BC Area)

  • If you are located in the Lower Mainland, you may opt for Local Pickup at our warehouse to save on shipping costs.

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).

6. International Duties, Taxes, and Fees

  • For international shipments, Kurite Enterprise Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, and courier handling fees like DHL Disbursement Fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages & Shipping Issues

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us at axkurite@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
